From Manhattan Take the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel onto the Belt Parkway to exit 11 North, "Flatbush Ave". Continue on Flatbush Ave to the third traffic light on the corner of Ave "V" Turn left. Do not make a U-TURN. Turn left at the next corner and left again into parking lot. Back

From the Bronx Whitestone Bridge onto the Van Wyck Expressway to the Belt Parkway West to exit 11 North. Follow the instructions given above.
